I have worked twice now with LMA Associates. First to replace a shared section of cedar fence that had blown down. Second to replace leaking drainpipes under the kitchen sink. For the fence replacement, they dug out the existing concrete prior to installing the new fence posts, so the new posts could be placed in the original locations. The post placement for the corner post was critical to maintain the property boundaries. LMA Associates carefully addressed any concerns voiced by my neighbors and myself concerning the construction. The kitchen drain repair replaced the leaking seals and pipes while preserving the existing undamaged plumbing. So far it’s been two weeks without any leaks. I am quite happy with both projects and will be using LMA Associates handyman services for future projects.

The reverse osmosis water filter Lev installed for me has been life-changing. And I was amazed at how quickly and expertly Lev installed it. He placed it under the sink very conveniently, in such a way that my cleaning materials remained as they were and my waste basket fit neatly back in place. He double-checked everything, ensuring there were no leaks and that the filter’s shut-off valve was working properly.
