LMA Associates owner and operator, Lev Szentkirályi, is your experienced and fully-insured neighborhood handyman, who offers a range of home repair and maintenance services to meet your needs. While we take service requests year-round from new clients throughout the surrounding Louisville area, prospective clients should know that we accept fewer new projects during the academic school year (September-April), since Lev is a professor at the University of Colorado and his availability is more limited.
Our rate is $65 per hour with a $35 service call fee. If you decide to have us complete your project, this service call fee is applied toward the first hour of labor. And if your project is too large or technical for us to complete, our service call fee includes finding you a reliable, licensed or certified, and insured contractor to hire.
